Founded in October 2019, the Grace Higher Institute for Biomedical Business and Technology (GHIBBAT) University Institute in Bafia is committed to providing high-quality professional training to English- and French-speaking students from across the sub-region, with special attention to internally displaced persons from the northwest and southwest regions of Cameroon.
Our motto: *Youth development for a better future.* Today, GHIBBAT is a leading institution offering innovative and diverse fields of study: agriculture, computer science, civil engineering, electrical engineering, health, and many others.

Our main campus, featuring an almost completed R+4 building, spans an area of 6,055 m² in the Remis II neighborhood of Bafia, 300 meters from the toll booth on National Highway No. 2. We have 25 modern rooms for housing international students, with capacity expected to double before the October 2025 academic year.
To facilitate transportation, GHIBBAT provides two air-conditioned buses with a capacity of 70 seats each, ensuring transport for students living far from the campus.
Our mission is to awaken and enrich the minds of our students through a stimulating learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and innovation. We are committed to academic excellence and holistic development through our diverse programs:
GHIBBAT collaborates with prestigious institutions such as the Universities of Dschang and Bamenda, as well as local partners including IRAD Kolbissong Yaoundé, several cooperatives, the Salvation Baptist Medical Center, the hospitals of Bafia and Kiiki, financial institutions, and five university institutes in Gabon.
At GHIBBAT, each student is considered a unique individual whose specific talents we strive to develop through tailored training strategies in a conducive environment. Our goal: to help every student achieve their professional aspirations in various fields at an affordable cost not exceeding one million CFA francs.
Our programs are designed to train job creators rather than job seekers, instilling in our students strong moral values and comprehensive intellectual development. We firmly believe that institutions like GHIBBAT must address societal challenges while considering the difficulties faced by families and other stakeholders.
